Employer FAQ

Common Questions from Employers

Can't find your answer? Message us on WhatsApp or submit the inquiry form above.

What is the typical recruitment and deployment timeline?

Typical timelines range from 60 to 120 days from job order submission to deployment, depending on the destination country, position type and visa processing times. We will give you a realistic estimate once we review your job order.

What documents does our company need to submit?

To begin the process, employers typically need to provide: company registration documents (commercial registration or equivalent), a formal manpower request or job order, the employment contract to be verified by the DMW, and proof of business address. For first-time employers, we guide you through the DMW accreditation process step by step.

What is DMW accreditation and do we need it?

The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) requires foreign employers or their authorised representatives to be accredited before Filipino workers can be legally deployed. The process involves submitting company registration documents, a manpower request and a verified employment contract. Link Asia assists employers through every step of the accreditation process as part of our service.

Do you handle all government documentation on the Philippine side?

Yes. Link Asia handles all Philippine-side documentation, including DMW job order processing, employment contract verification, OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate) processing, PDOS coordination and OWWA registration. For destination-country requirements such as work permits, we coordinate with the employer and their local PRO or agent.

What worker categories do you recruit?

We recruit across a wide range of categories including construction and engineering, manufacturing and production, healthcare (nurses, caregivers, medical technicians), hospitality and food service, domestic workers and household staff, agriculture and farming, IT and professional services, and transportation. Contact us if your requirement is not listed — we can assess feasibility.

How do you screen and select candidates?

Our multi-stage screening process includes document verification, skills assessment and trade testing, initial interviews, medical examination at DMW-accredited clinics, and background checks. Employers are welcome to conduct their own interviews — in person at our Alabang office, by video call, or through a trade test at a third-party testing centre.

Which countries and corridors do you serve?

We serve employer clients across five corridors: the Middle East, Asia, Europe, Canada and the Caribbean. Availability varies by country and job category within each corridor, so contact us with your specific location and we will confirm what is possible and the realistic timeline.

Can you handle large-scale or bulk recruitment?

Yes. We have the capacity to process large-volume job orders and have experience with bulk deployments for construction projects, manufacturing plants and healthcare facilities. Share your requirements with us and we will assess the timeline and logistics.

What are the costs and fee structure for employers?

Our fees are structured around the services provided — sourcing, screening, documentation and deployment coordination. All costs are discussed transparently during the proposal stage. Send us the inquiry form above for a detailed quotation tailored to your job order.

What is your worker replacement policy?

We offer replacement guarantees subject to the terms of the employment contract and DMW regulations. If a deployed worker is unable to continue for reasons covered under the guarantee, we will source and process a replacement at no additional sourcing fee. Contact us to discuss the specifics of your situation.
