Application process
How to Apply Through Link Asia
From application to departure — here are the steps required before you can be deployed as an OFW.
Submit your application
Follow our official Facebook Page (@linkasiamanpowerph) for active job openings. When a position matches your qualifications, send your updated CV, your PEOS certificate and documents as instructed in the job post — only applicants who have completed PEOS (free at peos.dmw.gov.ph) will be entertained. Never apply through unofficial channels or individuals claiming to represent Link Asia.
Initial screening
Qualified applicants will be invited for a preliminary interview — in person at our office or via video call. Prepare your documents: updated CV, passport valid for at least 1 year, NBI clearance, PSA birth certificate, educational certificates, employment records, and professional licences if applicable.
Endorsement to employer
Once your documents are verified, Link Asia forwards your profile to the foreign employer. You will be shortlisted if found suitable. Some positions require a trade test or additional assessments depending on the job and destination country.
Final interview
Shortlisted candidates are notified by Link Asia via SMS, email or phone to attend the final interview. This may be conducted via video call or in person depending on the employer. Technical roles may require a skills demonstration.
Job offer & pre-departure requirements
Selected candidates receive a job offer and proceed to: contract signing, medical examination at a DMW-accredited clinic, OWWA membership enrolment, PDOS (Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar), and obtaining your OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate) before departure.

How do I start my application with Link Asia?
First, complete the free PEOS (Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar) at peos.dmw.gov.ph — only applicants with a PEOS certificate will be entertained. What documents do I need to prepare?
Typical requirements include: PEOS certificate (complete the free online seminar at peos.dmw.gov.ph — required before your application can be processed), valid Philippine passport (valid for at least 1 year), NBI clearance, PSA birth certificate, updated CV/résumé, educational certificates, employment certificates or work history, and professional licences (e.g. PRC card for nurses or engineers). Specific requirements vary by position and destination country.
How will Link Asia contact me after I apply?
We will contact you via SMS, email or phone call using the contact details you provided. All official communication comes from our registered office number or official email. We do not recruit through Viber, WhatsApp or personal Facebook Messenger accounts.
How long will it take to hear back after applying?
Processing times vary depending on the position and employer requirements. Generally, you can expect an initial response within 1–3 weeks. We process applications in the order received and based on the employer's timeline. We appreciate your patience.
Where can I submit my application aside from Facebook?
You may walk in to our office at Unit 103, 8 Antonio Centre Building, Prime St., Madrigal Business Park 2, Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, Philippines during business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PHT)). You may also send your CV to hr.recruit@linkasiamanpower.ph.
Why might my application not be selected?
Applications may not proceed due to: incomplete documents, qualifications not matching the employer's requirements, failing the medical examination, or the position being filled. We encourage you to keep your documents updated and to apply for positions that closely match your experience.
How do I verify that Link Asia is a legitimate agency?
You can verify our DMW licence on the official DMW website (dmw.gov.ph) using our licence number: DMW-067-LB-03312023-R. Always verify any recruitment agency before submitting your documents.
Someone is claiming to represent Link Asia — how do I check?
Contact our office directly on +63 2 8294-0490 or through our official Facebook Page (@linkasiamanpowerph) and ask us to confirm. We recruit only through our official channels. Anything suspicious can be reported to the DMW hotline at 1348 or the nearest DMW office.
What if I have a problem with my employer while working abroad?
Contact Link Asia first — through our official Facebook Page (@linkasiamanpowerph), by email at hr.recruit@linkasiamanpower.ph, or through our office line. As your deploying agency we are responsible for assisting you, and in most cases we can resolve the issue with your employer directly and quickly. For emergencies, the Migrant Workers Office in your destination country and the DMW hotline 1348 are also available to every OFW at any time.
Is there an age requirement for overseas jobs?
Most overseas positions require applicants to be at least 18 years old. Household service worker positions require a minimum age of 24 years old. Specific age requirements depend on the position and destination country — check the job post or ask us.
