Conditional Offer and Mobilization: I understand and agree that should I fail to meet the principal's required tests (trade test, interview, medical or physical tests) in the Philippines or at the job site abroad, or if for any reason it is determined that I may not be employed, the principal shall not be held liable for loss or damages.
